Chicken Processing Workshop Level 2

The goal of this workshop is to give you the confidence to take your chickens from farm to table. We will cover all the steps from humanely dispatching, defeathering, eviscerating, packaging, and everything in-between. We are offering two levels.    Level 2- Hands-on. You will process one of our pasture raised, non-GMO fed chickens and take it home for dinner. $40Both levels include a color picture guide to take home. The use of our equipment is also included.Please dress appropriately. We will provide disposable aprons and gloves.10 person max
